Form: Choose Tables for Interactive Editing
Use the Advanced > Edit > More > Interactive Database Editing command to create or edit model definition data in tabular format rather than in graphical mode or using the Draw and Assign menu forms. Only model definition data (not analysis results or design data) can be edited this way. The model must be unlocked to use this feature.
Click the Advanced > Edit > More > Interactive Database Editing command to access the Choose Tables for Interactive Editing form.
Check the check boxes associated with the data type (structure, geometry, properties, loads, load cases, joint assigns, frame/cable assigns) that is to be edited. The types of data selected determine the tables available for editing. If objects are selected before the Advanced > Edit > More > Interactive Database Editing command, only the selected objects will be available in tables that contain object-specific data.
Click the OK button to access the Interactive Database Editing form that is used to complete the editing operation.
Important: Do not use interactive table editing to rename objects or other defined entities! Instead, use the Advanced > Edit > More > Change Labels command.
