Use the Interaction Surface for Section {Name} {Code} form to show the biaxial interaction surface at a specified Station Location for a specified concrete section.
Use the various buttons and on the Interaction Surface for Section {Name} {Code} form to modify the display of the curve:
Click the arrow buttons to rotate the Plan or Elevation 3-D view.
Click the 3d, MM, PM3 or PM2 button to display that type of curve.
Choose the phi option to display the curve considering phi or the no phi option to display the curve without considering phi or the no phi with fy increase to display the curve without phi and considering increased fy.
Use the arrow buttons to move selectively though the 24 curves/angles of display.
Click the Done button to close the form and return to the Concrete Column Design Information form.
Use the Edit menu > Copy All command to copy the data and paste it into another program for printing.
Access the Interaction Surface for Section {Name} {Code} form as follows:
Select the Analyze menu > Run Analysis command to analyze a model containing a frame member with a column property assignment.
Select the Design menu > Concrete Frame Design > Start Design / Check command.
Right click on a member that has a column property assigned to it while the design results are displayed on it to access the Concrete Column Design Information {Code} form. If design results are not currently displayed, click the Design menu > Concrete Frame Design > Interactive Concrete Frame Design command and then right click a beam to access the form.
In the "Table Showing Reinforcement Information" area of the Concrete Column Design Information form, highlight the Combo ID and Station Location associated with the curve that is to be displayed.
Click the Interaction button.
