Select Database Table Named Set Form

Click the Display menu > Show Tables, File menu > Print Tables, File menu > Export > Access .mdb File, File menu > Export > Excel .xls File command to display the Choose Tables for {Display, Print or Export for [File Type]} form.
Select a table type to display, print or export and click the Save Named Set button to access the Database Table Named Sets form; use the form to specify a name for the Named Set and save the settings on the Choose Tables for {Display, Print or Export for [File Type]} form.
Redisplay the Choose Tables for {Display, Print or Export for [File Type]} form as described in Step 1 and click the Show Named Set button to display the Select Database Table Named Sets form.

To generate output, various options must be selected on the Choose Tables for forms. After being selected, those options can be saved as a Named Set using the Database Table Named Sets form. After the options have been saved, they can be reapplied quickly and easily to another output by selecting that Named Set from the Select Database Table Named Set form.
