Form: Add Views to Drawing
Use the Detailing menu > Add View to Drawing command to access the Add Views to Drawing form and add selected Object Views to selected Drawing Sheets. Alternatively, when the Add Views to New Drawing(s) check box near the bottom of the form is checked, the program will automatically create new drawing sheets onto which the view(s) will be placed. The view(s) will be scaled to fit the drawings if needed.
Use the Detailing menu > Show Detailing command and the Display Detailing Item form to display in the Detailer Window the Drawing Sheet onto which Views are to be added.
Alternatively, expand the Drawing Sheet node on the Detailing tab of the Model Explorer and then expand the appropriate sub-node to display the list of object names. Click on the object name to display it in the Window.
Click the Detailing menu > Add Detailing Item command to access the Add Views to Drawing form. Note that if this command is not available, a Drawing Sheet is not being shown in the Detailer Window.
Use the drop-down lists to select the Object Type and then the individual Object View to be added to the Drawing Sheet. Note the Add Views on New Drawing(s) check box. When that check box is checked, the selected view(s) is added to a new sheet rather than the original sheet.
Click the OK button and the selected View will be added to the Drawing Sheet.
Alternatively, skip Steps 2 through 4 by using the mouse to drag the appropriate View from the Model Explorer onto the Drawing Sheet in the Detailer window.
