Named Report Form

Use the Named Report form to save, modify or delete a named report; a Name Report saves the  settings specified using the Create Custom Report form. After the settings have been saved in a Named Report, those settings can be easily recalled and applied to create a report by clicking the Open Named Report button on the Create Custom Report form.

Type a report name in the Report edit box and click the Add New Report button to add a Named Report to the model file. Highlight a name in the Report display list and type a new name in the Report edit box; then click the Change Report Name button to change the name of the Named Report. Highlight a Named Report in the Report list and click the Delete Named Report button to remove a named report from the file.

 

Access the Named Report form as follows:

  1. Click the  File menu > Advanced Report Writer command to display the Create Custom Report form.

  2. Click the Save Named Report button.
