Form: Table Formats File Data
Use the Options menu > Database > Edit Format File command to access the Table Format Files form and review and revise the configuration of table format files (*.fmt). Table format files are used as style sheets to format how information in database tables is displayed. On that form, select an existing table format file to edit and click the button to access the Table Format File Data form.
button: Highlight a table or tables in the Available Tables list and click this button to add these tables to the Tables in Format File list. The tables contained in the Tables in Format File list will have their formats set by the table format file.
button: Highlight a table or tables in the Tables in Format File list and click this button to remove these tables from the Tables in Format File list.
Modify/Show Database Table Format form. Use that form to specify the format (items to be included, display order, table splits, number formats and so forth), any filtering (None, Quick, Basic, Advanced), and any sorting (up to five levels of sorting).
