Use the Edit menu > Add to Model from Template command to add objects to a model using a template.
Click the Edit menu > Add to Model From Template command to display the same New Model form as is displayed when the File menu > New Model command is used.
Click on the template to be added to the model.
Type in the parameters in the edit boxes to specify the number, height, width and so forth of the objects being added to the model.
Depending on the template selected, check the Use Custom Grid Spacing and Locate Origin and click the Edit Grid button or click on the Locate Origin button to access the Define Grid Data or Coordinate System forms, respectively. Use those forms to define the origin and orientation of the templates being added. Those forms allow the added templates to be shifted and rotated relative to the global coordinate system. By default, the template models are added at the origin of the global coordinate system.
Click OK.
Example: Use of this command is demonstrated in Problem T and Problem U.
