Report Item - Cover Page Form

Use the Report Item - Cover Page form to specify that a cover page be included or not included when the report is printed or displayed electronically (e.g., as an .HTML file).

Access the Report Item - Cover Page form as follows:

  1. Click the File menu > Advanced Report Writer command to display the Create Custom Report form.

  2. Click the  Report Setup button to display the Report Setup form.

  3. Click the Cover Page Layout button to display the Report Item - Cover Page form.
