Use the Report Item - Page Setup form to specify options for the pages of the report.
Units Used for Page Setup Distances options. Choose to specify the dimensions for the page in inches or millimeters (i.e., paper width, margins, and so forth).
Print Orientation options. Specify that the report be printed using a Portrait (height dimension larger than width dimension) or Landscape (width dimension larger than height dimension) orientation.
Printer. This display box shows the printer "connected" to the computer being used to create the custom report.
Paper Width (from printer) and Paper Height (from printer). The dimensions shown in these edit boxes correspond to the dimensions of the paper tray of the Printer identified in the Printer display box. That is, if the paper tray contains 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper and the print orientation is Portrait, the dimensions will be Paper Width 8.5 and Paper Height 11.
Top Margin, Bottom Margin, Left Margin, Right Margin edit boxes. Use these edit boxes to specify the distances from the printed materials to the edge of the paper.
Header and Footer Edge Distance edit boxes. Use these edit boxes to specify the distances from any Header or Footer text and the edge of the paper.
