Report Item - Text Form

Use the Report Item - Text form to add headings and text to the report.

Type text in the Heading edit box on this form and SAP2000 will add a sub-heading, or Level 2 heading, to the report. Type summary explanations or other text in the Text edit box; if no heading is included in the Heading edit box, this text will follow the Heading text added to the report using the Section button. If no Heading text is included, the text will appear where placed in the order of items shown in the Items Included in Report display area of the Create Custom Report form.

When typing in the Text display area of the form, hold down the Ctrl key while pressing the Enter key to add a paragraph break (i.e., end a paragraph and add a blank line between paragraphs).

 

Access the Report Item - Text form as follows:

  1. Click the File menu > Advanced Report Writer command to display the Create Custom Report form.

  2. Click the Text button in the Add Additional Items to Report area.
