Use the Material Notes, Frame Section Property Notes, Tendon Section Notes, Cable Section Notes, Area Section Notes, Solid Property Notes, Link Notes, Frequency Dependent Link Notes, Load Pattern Notes, Load Case Notes and Load Combination Notes forms to add notes to the model file. Type the notes directly into the large text box area.

Save the notes file to a user specified location in a Word rich text format (.rtf) file.
Print the notes immediately to a printer.
Cut, Copy, and Paste text within the notes file and from other application, such as Word or Excel.
Undo and Redo the last action taken in the Notes form.
Edit the font of selected text, including size and typeface.
Apply boldfaced type to selected text.
Apply Italic type to selected text.
Underline selected text.
Change the color of selected text.
Align text along the left margin, in the center, or along the right margin.
Apply bullets to selected text.
Increase and decrease the indentation of text.
The commands on the File, Edit, and Format menus generally duplicate the operations completed using the toolbar buttons.
