Click the Options menu > Database > Write Default Table Names to XML command to display the Choose Tables To Be Included in XML File form. Use the form to specify the tables to be included in the XML file. The XML file is used when generating reports using the Reports Contents File of Report Setup.
After the tables to be used have been selected and the OK button is clicked on the Choose Tables To Be Included in XML File form, the Save XML File As form will display. Use that form to specify the file name and path for savings the xml file.
