Use the Print View form to print views directly from the drawings or Views selected from the lists on the Model Explorer (which differs from the Print Drawings form, which can be used to print Drawing Sheets).
Display the view to be printed in the window and right click on it to display a drop-down menu; select the Print View command.
Alternatively, right click on the name of any item in any node on the Details tab of the Model Explorer to display a drop-down menu; select the Print View command.
Use the options on the form to specify the printing device (including installed drivers, such as a PDF Writer), the paper size, the scale to be used during printing, the paper orientation and the margins. Note the following:
The Margin values are measured from the edge of the paper to the edge of the border of the View.
When the Use Scale option is selected in the Scaling area of the form, the Preview in the lower left-hand corner of the form will show if the selected scale fits the selected paper size.
When the Scale to Fit option is selected, the program automatically scales the view to fit the specified paper size.
When the Keep Aspect Ratio check box is checked, the program keeps the view in proper proportion when the view is scaled to fit the selected paper size.
Click the Print button to start the printing. Click the :button after the print is completed to close the form, or to close the form without printing.
